Disclaimer | THE 22KT GOLD Ahmedabad

1. Live Market Gold Rate Disclaimer

Gold prices in India (including Ahmedabad Bullion Market rates for 24KT, 22KT 916, 20KT, 18KT, 14KT, and 9KT) fluctuate dynamically throughout the trading day based on international market trends, spot exchange rates, import duties, and local market factors.

Rate Locking Policy: Live market rates displayed on our website, rate tickers, or price calculators are indicative. The binding gold rate for any purchase or custom order is locked at the time of formal order confirmation and advance payment deposit.

2. Handcrafted Jewellery & Weight Variation

Every piece at THE 22KT GOLD is individually handcrafted by experienced master artisans in Manek Chowk, Ahmedabad. Because each item is hand-worked, filigreed, and hand-polished:

Weight Tolerance: The final weight of custom-manufactured gold jewellery may vary slightly (+/- 2% to 5%) from the initial estimate due to custom sizing, stone setting, or hand finishing.
Billing Adjustment: Final tax invoices are generated strictly based on the exact net gold weight verified on calibrated digital weighing balances after hallmarking.

3. Product Imagery & Color Display Disclaimer

High-resolution product photographs and gallery samples are captured under studio lighting to represent details as accurately as possible. However, actual gold luster, antique patina finish, or gemstone colors may appear slightly different depending on your device's screen resolution, color settings, and ambient lighting.
